Three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath homes would have been reserved for homebuyers whose incomes were at or below 80% of the area median income, but now Community Action Lehigh Valley says, due to escalating prices, the project was no longer feasible. The Glendon Hotel was demolished at the end of 2021.
